The Founders
Built on the belief that the future of bull riding starts with a strong foundation, The Founders team represents where Next Generation Bull Riding began—and where the next generation is headed.
Led by Denny Count, founder of Next Generation Bull Riding, The Founders brings together young riders with a special connection to the organization's beginnings. The team includes kids from the original founding members of Next Generation Bull Riding, alongside talented and up-and-coming athletes who are making their mark in the youth rodeo world.
The Founders are more than just a team of competitors. They represent the values that NGBR was built upon: learning the fundamentals, developing character, putting in the work, supporting one another, and growing both inside and outside of the arena.

With a mix of riders who have been part of the journey from the beginning and the next wave of young talent ready to chase their dreams, The Founders proudly carry the spirit, vision, and foundation of Next Generation Bull Riding into the future.
The Florida Crackers
The Florida Crackers are more than just a bull riding team. We are a family.
Our team is made up of hardworking young athletes who spend countless hours practicing, traveling, and chasing their dreams in and out of the arena. These kids learn far more than bull riding. They learn discipline, responsibility, sportsmanship, teamwork, and what it means to work for something bigger than themselves.
As part of Next Generation Bull Riding and the PBR Development Program, our riders have the opportunity to compete against some of the best youth bull riders in the country. Recently, our Florida Crackers team traveled to Reno, Nevada, where they proudly brought home the championship at the first teams event of the season. Watching these kids grow in confidence and character has been one of the greatest blessings of our lives.
The Southern Grit Cowboys
We’re proud to introduce our NextGen Bullriders Team—a group of young men committed to hard work, discipline, and faith both in and out of the arena.
This team is about more than just bull riding. It’s about building character, respect, and a brotherhood that pushes each rider to be their best.
Led by coaches Clay Taylor and Matthew Morgan, these cowboys are putting in the work and chasing something bigger than the sport.

The Men in Black - Team Utah
From the deserts of Utah to the mountain pastures, The Men in Black are built on hard work, grit, and the cowboy way of life. When they aren't preparing for competition, these young men are no strangers to long days and tough work. After spending weeks helping drive their herd of cows from the Utah desert to the summer grass along the mountainsides, this team is ready to get back to doing what they love—bull riding.
But The Men in Black represent more than the next generation of talented youth bull riders. They represent a way of life built on the values that have guided cowboys for generations: honesty, integrity, and respect.
These aren't just words to this team—they are the foundation they stand on.
The Cali Cowboys & Cowgirls
The Cali Cowboys & Cowgirls are built on the belief that greatness is not found in following the crowd—it is found in having the courage to stand apart, put in the work, and do the things that need to be done, even when no one is watching.
This team understands that success is about more than individual accomplishments or standing in the winner's circle. True greatness is found in being part of something bigger than yourself. It means showing up, putting in the work, helping your teammates, and being willing to become a small but important piece of the puzzle that helps someone else succeed.
The Cali Cowboys believe that real leaders don't chase recognition—they create impact. They build, serve, teach, encourage, and contribute. They understand that sometimes leadership means being in the spotlight, but often it means working behind the scenes and helping create opportunities for someone else to shine.
On this team, every rider brings something to the arena. Every effort matters. Every lesson learned, every hand offered, and every ounce of hard work helps build something greater than any one individual.
They are young riders with big dreams, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to becoming better—not just for themselves, but for their teammates and the future of the sport.
Team CKH - The Mack Pack
Team CKH -Mack Pack is more than a team—it’s a family. Built around the belief that great bull riders are developed both on and off the dirt, Team CKH is focused on helping young athletes grow in skill, confidence, character, and teamwork.
With the motto “One Pack. One Purpose.”, this team understands that success doesn't come from one person standing alone. It comes from working together, encouraging one another, learning from every experience, and becoming better as a group.
Team CKH - Mack Pack is dedicated to giving young bull riders opportunities to learn from experienced mentors, sharpen their skills, and build a strong foundation for their future. Through training, competition, team-building, and plenty of fun along the way, these riders are learning that the lessons they gain extend far beyond the arena.
